- 27 Jan 15 Additional response time permitted for comments and questions from interested vendors. 09 Jan 15 The Department of the Air Force is hereby releasing a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) package for the Hypobaric Altitude Chambers Program. It is anticipated that the scope of the Hypobaric Altitude Chambers Program will include Scheduled and Unscheduled Contractor Logistics Support, Help Desk Support, Dismantle of Decommissioned Hypobaric Altitude Chambers, and three Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) to include the following: Combined Altitude Depleted Oxygen upgrade, Video Monitoring upgrade, and Communications System upgrade. Please submit all comments by email to Caitlin Finke at Caitlin.Finke@us.af.mil by 1700 EST 26 January 2015. Please note that all interested vendors may request a copy of the Bidder's Library at this time, in accordance with Section L, Attachment 7.
