- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Great Plains Regional Office, Branch of Acquisitions is conducting market research and is issuing this announcement to seek potential sources who would be interested in providing Janitorial/Custodial Services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Crow Creek Agency in Fort Thompson, SD. This is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise Set-Aside Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a solicitation announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Statement of Work and with all applicable federal, state, tribal and local laws and regulations. As part of the requirements, the contractor shall provide personnel, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the Janitorial/Custodial Services. The Crow Creek Agency shall provide equipment, tools, materials and supplies necessary to perform the Janitorial/Custodial Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, and the small business size standard is $18.0 million. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and letter of interest to Linda Davis via email at linda.davis@bia.gov. As part of your capability statement please include: company name, point of contact name, number, and email along with an indication of active System for Award Management (SAM) registration, including DUNS number. To be considered in this research, please provide the information above no later than 4:00 p.m. CT on February 3, 2015.
