- Solicitation SPE4A6-15-R-0402 / 0055610581 / NSN 6610-00-663-8410 / Pitot Tube / Quantity: 95 each. There is a Contractor First Article Testing Requirement as well. DLA Aviation does currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for his NSN. To obtain a copy, go to the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and you will be able to download the draings. If there is specs and standards only, there will be a link to the Assist Homepage where you can obtain these. This will be available when the solicitation is issued. If a problem exists in getting the drawings or specs, you may call the Customber Service Desk at (804)279-3477. Please do not submit requests for the Technical Data to the Contract Specialist. dLA Aviation intends to award a FIrm Fixed Price Contract. No quantity option will be included. This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of Procurement. All responsible offerors may submt aan offer will be considered. The Government will award a contract from this RFP to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation will be most advantagheous to the Government in price and past performance considered. Note to Internet Subscribers: Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) and Internet Quoting System (IQS) proposals will not be accepted for this RFP under formal large procurement procedures. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board SYstems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. FOB: Origin - First Destination Transporation (FDT)program. For FDT program transporation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportationand 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Origination Oustside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/fdtpi/ ). Solicitation will be issued on or about 02/11/15.
