- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. Solicitation number 732007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78. North American Industrial Classification Code ( NAICS) 325320 is applicable. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. This procurement shall be reserved exclusively for small business. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service in Beltsville, Maryland requires the following: Chemical Name/Quantity: Agrotain Ultra - EPA Reg. # None exempt - Quantity of 10, 25 gal in 2.5 gallon jugs; and Banvil- EPA Reg. # 66330-276 - Quantity of 8, 20 gallons total in 2.5 gallon jugs; (or) Dicamba EPA# 83520-10 - Quantity of 8, 20 gallons total in 2.5 gallon jugs; (or) Topeka EPA# 9468-46-83979 - Quantity of 8, 20 gallons total in 2.5 gallon jugs; and Bicep II Magnum - EPA Reg. # 100-817 - Quantity of 8, 20 gallons total in 2.5 gallon jugs; and Callisto - EPA Reg. # 100-1131 - Quantity of 4, 4 gallons total in 1 gallon jugs; and Dual Magnum - EPA Reg. # 100-816 - Quantity of 8, 20 gallons total, in 2.5 gallon jugs; and Gramoxone SL - EPA Reg. #100-1217 - Quantity of 20, 50 gallons total in 2.5 gal jugs; and Lexar EZ - EPA Reg. #100-1414 - Quantity of 200 gallons total, in Bulk Tote with electric pump and Princep 4L - EPA Reg. #100-526 - Quantity 14, 35 gallons total in 2.5 gallon jugs and Touchdown Total - EPA Reg. #100-1169 - 100 gallons total in Bulk Tote with electric pump and 2,4-D LV - EPA Reg. # No Brand name specified ( generic brand is acceptable ) - Quantity of 12, 30 gallons total in 2.5 gallon jugs Location Pickup/Delivery Requirements: KEY MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: RESTRICTED USE CHEMICAL OR HERBICIDE DEALER/VENDOR WILL NEED TO HAVE A LICENSE TO SELL ALL OF THE FOLLOWING. Dealer must be located within 60 miles of Beltsville, MD 20705 to allow pick up and return of Bulk tote containers by USDA staff or provide free pickup and delivery. All chemicals must be available for pickup by April 1, 2015 (or) delivered to Beltsville Facility by such date. Public Agency Applicator certificate no. 9017-54159. This procurement will be awarded to the vendor on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
