- This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes ONLY. This is NOT a request for proposal or a solicitation. There will be no compensation provided for any submissions provided to the Government. This sources sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to award a contract. The Government will not reimburse participants for information voluntarily provided. All information that is provided is strictly voluntary. Responses to these notices are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The information provided will be used to determine availability of capable small businesses, including socioeconomic small businesses indicated above. The Mission Installation and Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Jackson is conducting market research to determine availability of interested small business (to include: 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, SDB, and WOSB/EDWOSB) firms that are capable of providing personnel, equipment, supplies and other items to perform audio and sound support for the 4th of July Celebration on Fort Jackson. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental Leasing. The small business size standard is $32.5M. This is a request to determine whether or not small businesses are capable fulfilling this requirement. The previous contract was awarded under W9124C-10-P-0064 to Gattis Pro Audio, Incorporated. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Interested small businesses are encouraged to review this Notice and the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) to familiarize themselves with the requirements of this project, and provide capability statements that contain and address the following areas: 1. Company name, CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and point of contact information to include name, title, phone number, and email address. 2. Company size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition. 3. Experience: Provide a list of recent relevant contracts (same or similar in nature of work, size, and complexity), including Contract Number. 4. Address capability to provide contractor personnel for the specific task in the DRAFT PWS. Information Submission Instructions: Questions regarding this Sources Sought Notice should be received via email only not later than 12:00 PM (EST) on 2 February 2015.
