- Solicitation number, SPE4A6-15-R-0338, SC1000031309, NSN 4010-00-936-9715 Wire Rope Assembly. NAICS 332618 for 500 employees. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. Weapons code is DUF and the end item is Helicopter SOF HH-53JM. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 2 option years. Approved source of supply is Breeze-Eastern Corporation CAGE 08484 part number BL 6260. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. Surge and sustainment is not required. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 64 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 16 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 16 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 32 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 98 each.
