THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This notice is for information and planning purposes only. In accordance with Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the Government is conducting market research to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources in providing a commercial item that meets the Government's requirements. This Request for Information (RFI) does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a competitive contract. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on FedBizOps website. Proprietary information will be accepted and handled appropriately. Responders should indicate which portions of their responses are proprietary and should mark them accordingly. The Government is not obligated to and will not reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. Hampton NCO 6, Contracting Office seeks small businesses capable of providing a spinal surgery bed/table. The table/bed should have the following capabilities: (1) Able to rotate from a supine to prone position without manually rotating the patient. (2) Direct visualization of intra-operative changes in spinal alignment (3) Unrestricted O-arm and C-arm access (4) Helmet System which offers head and eye protection for the prone patient (5) Tempur-Pedic pillow/pad (6) Weight limit at least 500 pounds (7) A software-driven remote, which controls all table functions: Floor Locks, Height, Lateral Roll, Trendelenburg/reverse Trendelenburg and Return to Level Information should be submitted via email only to Renata Y.
