FA9302-15-R-0005 attachment 1 performance work statement FA9302-15-R-0005 attachment 3 tech eval checklist FA9302-15-R-0005 attachment 2 wage determination FA9302-15-R-0005 exhibit A price schedule FA9302-15-R-0005 solicitation The objective of this program is to provide test pilot training on the HU-16 Albatross (not initial or recurring training) for approximately 50 US Air Force (USAF) Test Pilot School (TPS) students and staff members through 2-4 deployments per year. Additional aircrew or passengers (such as photographers) may be added at the discretion of the TPS Program Manager (PM), with concurrence of the contractor. There are two types of flight events: practical examinations (PEs), and qualitative evaluations (QEs). PE deployments will be conducted at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB) and typically occur in April and October to align with the TPS syllabus. Depending on the composition of the TPS class, there will usually be 10-15 PE flights per deployment (1 per day), leading to deployment durations of 2.5-3.5 weeks. Local QE flights may be flown in conjunction with PE deployments at the discretion of the PM. QE deployments are more flexible, and can occur at anytime during the year and in locations other than EAFB. There will usually be 4-8 QE flights per deployment (1-3 per day), so deployment durations are expected to be 1 week, but may be longer. The Program Manager (PM) will determine specific dates and locations for all deployments. The actual size of the groups may vary and will typically be a mix of pilots and non-pilots with various backgrounds.
