The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001 - SOLUS FC/PBN, Low Power for use with PBN only, P/N: 428303, QTY 3 each Item 0002 - Focused Ion Beam Source, 3 cm, for flange mount, P/N: 0703-002-003, QTY 3 each Item 0003 - 6" Metal Seat Flange, 1/4" Male VCR fittings, High Voltage Cover, Feedthroughs Included, P/N: 0703-007-600, QTY 3 each Item 0004 - Molybdenum Two Grid System Convergent 9.8 cm F.P., P/N: 421347, QTY 3 each IItem 0005 - Plasma Bridge Neutralizer Gas Isolator, Electrical Leads, Filament Jig (No Electronics, Feedthroughs or Gas Valves), P/N: 0700- PBN-300, QTY 3 each Item 0006 - PBN-300 Mount Bracket, P/N: 0700-PBN-302, QTY 3 each Item 0007 - 2-3/4" Pin Grounded Gas/Electrical FT Metal Seal for PBN marked A, B, C, P/N: 0700-PBN-026-1, QTY 3 each This notice of intent is not a request for quote.
