- Questions and Answers to Draft Documents Notice of revised RFP Release Date, Change in NAICS Size Standard, and Posting of Questions and Answers to Draft Documents. The RFP release date is expected to be in Feb, 2015. The NAICS code for this requirement remains 541330. However, the exception for Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons will be applied to this requirement which increases the size standard to $38.5M. The questions and answers (Q&As) to the draft documents are now posted. Offerors are reminded the Q&As are for the draft documents only and therefore should read all final documents when the RFP is released. If answers from this Q&A differ from the final documents in the RFP, the final documents in the RFP will prevail.
