- P15PS00393 Attachment B Photo of D7G Attachment A Online Representations & Certifications GENERAL INFORMATION This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor; providing the best value to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) P15PS00393. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-78 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. This requirement is set aside for total small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This Acquisition may result in a firm fixed price contract. The acquisition is in support of Glacier National Park and is for a bolt on cab for a Catapillar D7G. REQUIREMENT Cab shall be constructed of all steel and incorporate existing ROPS currently on machine without any modification to the existing ROPS including welding or drilling of support frames. Existing equipment is a Caterpillar D7G serial #37D00564. Photo attached. Cab shall include the following: 1. All mounting hardware 2. Two doors with all hardware including hinges, slam latches and door tie backs 3. Include all tinted safety glass throughout cab and doors 4. Front and Rear windshield wipers with switches 5. Two defroster fans with switches 6. Heater with switches 7. Sound suppression package 8. All weather seals doors and cab to body 9. Cab primed and painted black 10. Installation instructions 11. Shall include all shipping costs Equipment will be installed by the auto shop in Glacier National Park. This RFQ is for a skin kit only.
