- ESMSaaS RFI is attached along with a draft PWS, RFI questions to the PWS, and Funtional Requirements spreadsheet. Responses to the RFI are due by 1200 Noon Eastern Time on March 6, 2015. Clarification questions on either the requirements spreadsheet, RFI questions, or the draft PWS need to be submitted by February 13, 2015. If you have questions you would like PEO EIS to potentially answer regarding the ESMSaaS draft PWS and/or RFI during Industry Day, they must be submitted by February 6, 2015. Registration will close at 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time February 6, 2015.
