Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Hampton, VA NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 8.405-6(B) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cleo Streem Communication for the procurement of The procurement of the Cleo Streem Secure Communications solution which is part of the Veteran Affairs ongoing Network Fax Expansion Project. All responses received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Friday, January 30, 2015. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. There is no solicitation document associated with this notice.
