- DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuance of a request for proposal (RFP) on or around 17 February 2015, for the following spare component supporting the AN/PRC-150 (C) Radio system. NSN: 5985-01-590-8364; High Frequency (HF) Full Loop Antenna; Part Number: RF-3134-AT003. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the only approved source is Harris Corporation (CAGE Code 14304). The RFP will result in the award of an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Long Term Contract (LTC) with one 5-year base period and no option periods. The 5-year total Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 600, Unit of Issue EA. The BEQ for any resultant IDIQ FFP LTC is provided for planning purposes only, and does not represent a guarantee by the Government. The Government is only obligated to order the guaranteed minimum, which will be available in the forthcoming solicitation. This procurement is not subject to a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
