- The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into an "other than full and open competition", sole source agreement with Asure Software Inc. for the Meeting Room Management (MRM) install and upgrade. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source is capable of meeting this requirement. The MRM software and installation will include yearly maintenance and support for: Department of Veterans Affairs Portland VA Medical Center 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Rd Portland, OR 97239 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.
