- Attachment 3 - Compliance and Pricing Spreadsheet Attachment 2 - Solicitation Instructions and Contract Clauses Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW) This notice is for a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Hotel Rooms and Yellow Ribbon Event Accommodations. This combined Synopsis/Solicitation is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Please see the attached documents for all of the information regarding this requirement. The Coast Guard requests that only hotel and conference capable facilities respond to this requirement as responses from event planners and related enterprises will not be entertained. If providing a response against this solicitation, please be sure to address all of the submission requirements including filling out the provided compliance and pricing spreadsheet (attachment 3), the required sections of attachment 2, providing a technical description of how the accommodations address the requirements of the Statement of Work (attachment 1), as well as providing food and drink information for the required meals for the events. Failure to provide any of the above information may result in a quote being declared non-responsive and not eligible for award. All questions in regards to this solicitation are to be submitted to Contract Specialist, Deborah Culver at deborah.culver@uscg.mil and copied to Contracting Officer, Wendy Stevenson at wendy.stevenson@uscg.mil by 10:00 AM Eastern Time on February 11, 2015.
