- Construct New Tower, Range 109, Grafenwoehr Training Area; This project consists of the following work - Demolition and disposal of existing tower, earth and drainage work, electrical, HVAC, Fire alarm, and communication. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Magnitude of Work: $ 100,000 - $ 500,000. Time for completion is 120 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 50 days is included. Work is to be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German laws (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).Please contact the contract specialist for any questions.
