- (Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The Embassy of the United States in Abuja, Nigeria will issue a solicitation for insect and Rodent Control Services in Abuja. This is a firm fixed type of contract for the services specified and effective for the period stated in the Schedule. For each year of the contract, the U.S. Government guarantees the amount approved on the price schedule in Section B. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and personnel to accomplish all work required. All materials and equipment support and fees or charges will be included into the price proposal. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation during the month of February 2015.
