- This acquisition will be conducted utilizing FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding procedures. The issue date of the draft Invitation for Bid is February 12th 2015, and the estimated date for the pre-bid conference is February 26additional information in regards to the pre-bid conference will be release on February 12th with the draft Invitation for Bid. Purchase Request (PR) Number: FD2030-14-00637 Period of Performance: One basic year and four one year options. Item function: The duel fuel level control valve is an electro-mechanical flow control device used in the C-130 aircraft fuel tank to control the level of fuel delivered into a tank during tank to tank transfer, ground fueling, or aerial refueling operations. Nomenclature/Noun: Level Control Valve Application for C-130 RMC-R1/C L/I 0001-For remanufacture for NSN: 2915-01-081-6534RK the Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) is for 65 each for the Basic year, BEQ of 65 each for Option year I, BEQ of 65 each for Option year II, BEQ of 65 each for Option III, BEQ of 65 each for Option year IV. Required delivery 10 each every 30 calendar days ARO/REP. L/I 0002- Over and Above L/I 0002- Data, Not Separately Priced (NSP) History: This is a Small Business Set-Aside Solicitation to qualified sources. Current approved sources: Turbine Fuels Systems cage code: 1S0F5 Texas Aerospace Services, cage code: 29242 Thomas Instruments, cage code: 5H860, Alco, cage code 6W4E0, Airtronics Inc. cage code:58078, Rogerson ATS cage code 04192. Qualification requirements apply. Award will be made only if the offeror meets qualification requirements at time of award. Qualification requirements are available for this part number upon request. There are approved sources at this time. All responsible sources who submit a proposal shall be considered by the Government however, sources must be qualified prior to award. Award will be made only if the offeror meets qualification requirements in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Award will not be delayed pending qualification approval of interested sources.
