PM19.dwg PE-2.dwg W912HP-15-Q-0001 RFQ ATTACHMENTS The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District has a requirement for the conversion of drawings from.pdf or hardcopy format to AutoCAD files in support of the Cooper River Rediversion Project located in St. Stephen, South Carolina. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-78. Submit proposals on RFQ number W912HP-15-Q-0001. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541512 with a small business size standard of $27.5 Million. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order. (d) Comptroller General Examination of Record. (1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract.
