- GSA is looking to lease a minimum of 10,433 usable square feet of office and related space in Fairview Heights, IL and surrounding area. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100] year flood plain. Delineated Area: Beginning at the intersection of Old Vincennes Trail and Scott Troy Road, then traveling in a southerly direction on Scott Troy Road where it becomes Air Mobility Drive, and continuing south to Route 82, then turning west on Route 82 to Main Street, then continuing southwesterly on Main Street to Route 43/2, then continuing in a northwesterly direction on Route 43/2 to Frank Scott Parkway, then turning west on Frank Scott Parkway/Thouvenot Lane to Union Hill Road, then turning north on Union Hill Road to Lincoln Trail, then west on Lincoln Trail to Bunkum Road, then running north to northwesterly on Bunkum Road to Pleasant Ridge Road, then running east to northeasterly on Pleasant Ridge Road to O'Fallen Drive, then running east on O'Fallen Drive and continuing in an easterly direction where it becomes Milburn School Road then Fairwood Hills Road to Lincoln Avenue, then turning south on Lincoln Avenue to State Street, then east on State Street and continuing in an easterly direction where it becomes Vincennes Trail to Scott Troy Road and the point of beginning. Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous and on one floor; the tenant agency prefers to be located on the second floor or higher. Proposed facility shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any facilities identified by the Interagency Security Committee as "hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities," which include fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc. The tenant agency prefers not to be located near low-risk facilities, such as daycare centers, schools, hospitals, religious centers and social service centers. Space with underground parking open to the public will not be considered. The proposed facility shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation offices or other facilities deemed unacceptable by the Tenant for security purposes.
