- The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina intend to award a firm fixed priced contract for 14 (40 ft) Reefer Trailers as per the attached REVISED Statement Of Work (SOW) and RFI responses for the South Carolina Army National Guard. Solicitation, 0010598689 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 532120. To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed as follows: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. All vendors MUST have a publicly visible registration in SAM. Offerors must include with their offer, the following information: Duns Number, CAGE Code Number, and Federal Tax ID Number. Responses to this solicitation notice shall be sent to sharon.l.zimmerman8.civ@mail.mil no later than 1700 (5:00 PM ET) Wednesday, 4 February 2015.
