- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Scranton Delineated Area: North: Vine Street South: Lackawanna Avenue East: Adams Avenue West: Franklin Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,384 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,553 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Unreserved): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •- Offered space must be located on the 2 nd floor or higher. The offered space must also meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility (ABAAS), seismic, energy, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building; 2) Floorplans of space offered; 3) CAD drawing of space offered; 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet; 5) Rentable Square Feet (RSF) Offered; 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet; 7) Asking rental rate per ABOA and rentable square foot, fully serviced including a TI Allowance of $47.68/ABOA; 8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. In the event that an offer fails to provide required information as part of its response to this notification, the Government reserves the right to assume that the building in question cannot meet the Government's requirements. Submission by anyone other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
