Description

Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the deadline for clarification questions from January 30, 2015 to February 4, 2015. See the revised Section L.11, Clarification Questions, below: L.11 Clarification Questions Inquiries concerning any areas which, in the offeror's opinion, require clarification or correction must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by 12:00 NOON EST on February 4, 2015. Answers to questions of a substantive nature will be provided to all offerors. If the offeror takes exception to a particular task or condition, it must be clearly identified.
