Description

Department Veterans Affairs (VA) Network 15 Contracting Office has a requirement to procure services for delivery to Consolidated Mail Out-Patient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Leavenworth, KS. VA255-15-Q-0412 posting to FedBizOps for addition and relocation of (8) power poles in order to provide space for additional conveyor safety partitions, on or around January 29, 2015 and will close no later than 5:00PM, CST on February 4, 2015 ***These dates are subject to change. This is just an estimate*** RFQ is for: Master Electrician to: (1) Moving (4) power poles away from conveyor belt to make room for safety partitions (2) Purchase and install (4) NEW power poles (3) Hang new unistrut to provide stability for power poles (4) Remove approximately 20 feet of conduit on conveyor line (5) Remove outlet labeled PIA CKT 35 & 37 (6) Remove approximately 20 feet of conduit conveyor line (7) Remove outlet labeled PIA CKT 31 & 33 **contractor shall not move existing fiber or add fiber connections** DELIVERY TO BE 10 DAYS ARO AFTER RECEIPT OF AWARD NAICS 238210 Product Service Code 6145 Signed RFQ cover page can be emailed to Terri.Traul@va.gov (preferred) or Faxed (913) 758-4767.
