- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ****Solicitation will be posted to FBO by COB 6 January 2015**** All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561730. The size standard is $7.5 Million. The solicitation will be available on the web only.
