- January 29, 2015 NOTICE OF AWARD TO UNSUCCESSFUL OFFERORS To All Unsuccessful Bidders: Request for Proposal (RFP) VA245-14-R-0101 was issued on June 10, 2014 for VISN 5 Multiple Award Construction Task Order Contract (MATOC). The solicitation subsequently closed on July 17, 2014. A total of 21 proposals were received in response to the solicitation. The following MATOC IDIQ Contracts were successfully awarded against Solicitation VA245-14-R-0101. The firms listed below were the lowest technically acceptable offers received. Contract numbers, successful firms and award amounts are listed below. Estimated award amounts were based on each successful offeror's maximum bonding capacity offered by its surety as was specified in the solicitation. No more than $150,000,000.00 will be awarded in task orders to one or more contractors during the life of the contract.
