- Description
- The requirement is for providing Janitorial services for the U. S. Embassy in Caracas. The specific areas receiving janitorial services are the Chancery building, a small gym and several outbuildings, and the Embassy warehouse (located off site). The price listed in the proposal shall include all labor, materials, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services and a fixed rate per square meter for any temporary additional services that have been satisfactorily performed. Anticipated performance is for one year and two, one-year options. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. This requirement will be issued via the Internet -FEDBIZOPS; and in local newspapers. Note: The response date in this FEDBIZOPS is not a firm date. Please see the RFQ for the actual date.
