- The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (FS) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Prince George Center II LLC for building renovations. Lease terms require that Prince George Center II LLC be given the right of first refusal for all work to the building. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be 90 days. The total estimated value of this purchase order is $36,000.00 with award to be made to Prince George Center II LLC on or about February 2, 2015. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.
