Description

The Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure Consolidated Pharmaceutical items for the Leavenworth, Chelmsford, Tucson, Murfreesboro, Hines and Charleston CMOP facilities. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This solicitation is posted as unrestricted. Multiple awards might be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA255-15-Q-0397 shall be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) from January 30, 2015 and will be open for bid until February 04, 2015, 11:00 am EST, for expected delivery on or before February 20, 2015. Solicitation packages will ONLY be accepted through email. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. Responses are expected only from vendors that can provide the requirement by the delivery date specified or earlier. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FBO for changes or amendments. Pedigrees are required for all medications awarded for each of the CMOP's.
