- DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following items in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF): one (1) each modified one-time use Conex Box for SGI Tool Room; two (2) each modified one-time use Conex Boxes for SGI Yellow Storage; one (1) each modified one-time use Conex box for SGI Level One Storage; two (2) each modified one-time use Conex Boxes for SGI Video Control; and two (2) each modified one-time use Conex Boxes for SGI Muster Area, all to be modified per specifications provided in the solicitation document. The Requested delivery date is 10 April 2015. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.5. The applicable NAICS Code is 332312. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Small Business concerns must offer a domestic (U.S assembled) end product only. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), Bremerton, WA. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to NECO, to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed offer will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-15-Q-0163. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 03 February 2015. The closing date of the solicitation will be on or around 20 February 2015 at 2:00 PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
