- The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires a qualified contractor to supply Carpets for its Railcars. The carpet is intended to cover the upper surface of the floor in rail transit cars operated by WMATA in its Metrorail System in greater Washington, D.C., Suburban Maryland, and Northern Virginia, USA. The Authority intends to award an indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity contract to a responsive and responsible offeror through the competitive selection process as described in the solicitation instructions.
