- Pre-Solicitation Notice Repair and/or Replace Damaged Walls of Shoot House located on Ft. Bragg, North Carolina (ranges). Solicitation Number: W91247-15-C-0006 (Solicitation number subject to change on actual release of solicitation). The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) located at Fort Bragg, NC plans to issue a Solicitation for repair/replacement of damaged walls for Shoot House #75 located on Ft. Bragg (range). Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This action is a 100% competitive HUBZone set aside. In order to be eligible for a HUBZone award, a HUBZone small business concern must be a HUBZone small business concern at the bid opening and at the time of contract award. (Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1303(d)) The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The final delivery date is 30 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Please note that this notice does NOT constitute the Invitation for Bid (IFB). MICC Fort Bragg intends to issue the solicitation within 20 days of this pre solicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued. The solicitation and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at the Government website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. A POC will be given for necessary site visits at issuance of the formal solicitation. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective bidders must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE CODE) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220. The small business size standard is $36.5 million.
