- As the Government continues to experience sections of the solicitation getting stripped out during the automated transfer process, the Government has manually uploaded all of the most current, complete versions of the solicitation documentation directly as attachments under W9113M-14-R-0007-0004. These documents are housed at the ASFI site. If you are not seeing these latest updated documents, please try refreshing your browser. FedBizOpps announcements link to this documentation, to include the original solicitation and all amendments (both the Summary of Changes and Conformed versions) of each amendment to date. Again, the latest full, correct, current version of the solicitation is the conformed version of amendment 0004, W9133M-14-R-0007-0004. While Amendment 0004 was again stripped down during the transfer process, the full, correct and current version is included as an attachment to it as are the original solicitation and previous amendments, as described above. The non-sensitive Section J Attachments have also been uploaded under W9133M-14-R-0007-0004. As explained in Section J of the solicitation, the sensitive attachments (Attachments 03 and 05) can be provided to interested offerors in a secure manner upon submitting an email request to michael.p.jennings.civ@mail.mil. The Questions and Answers from the Site Visit have also been re-posted with the above documents. As explained in the Site Visit Q&A, the slides presented at the Site Visit offer some additional information regarding the SimCtr. These slides and can be provided if requested. The requestor must have a valid.mil email address and send an email to michael.p.jennings.civ@mail.mil requesting the Site Visit slides. The Proposal Due Date has not changed in Amendment 0004. The Proposal Due Date continues to be not later than 10:00 a.m., local time, 16 March 2015. Please read the solicitation closely and in its entirety for all official proposal submission instructions/requirements. Amendment 0004 has, however, updated the due date for questions regarding the solicitation beyond 30 January 2015. As explained in Amendment 0004, any questions or comments on this RFP shall be submitted by 2:00 p.m., local CST, 12 February 2015. All questions/comments shall be incorporated into a MS Word document and shall be submitted via e-mail to michael.p.jennings.civ@mail.mil. Any/all questions that have been received since the Site Visit have been logged and will be answered and shared in accordance with standard agency processes, policies and procedures.
