Description

The Coatesville VA Medical Center located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., PA 19320, intends to release a solicitation for a contractor to provide full elevator maintenance which includes regular and systematic equipment examination for the approximately twenty (21) elevators on location. During the equipment examination visits, the contractor shall clean, adjust and lubricate the equipment as specified in the Statement of Work to determine the nature and extent of any trouble/problems, and the maintenance required to restore the elevators to safe and satisfactory service, and if conditions warrant, furnish and install parts. The full solicitation is planned to be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website www.fbo.gov approximately 03/09/2015. The subject acquisition is planned to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Maintenance, the size standard is $7.5 million. Any resultant award will be a Fixed Price Contract with a 12 month base period of performance plus four (4) one year option periods. Any options included in the resultant contract shall only be exercised at the sole discretion of the government.
