- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Project #4CA1117 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Pasadena Delineated Area: North - Corson St West - Pasadena Ave South - California Blvd East - Wilson Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,236 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,900 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 reserved Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Space to be located within two city blocks of a primary or secondary street with scheduled public transportation; Space shall be contiguous, located on one floor and above street level for security and acoustic reasons; Space shall have a minimum of two accessible elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator; Space must allow efficient office configuration (space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide); Column size, number, and placement of columns are unique (columns must be at least 20' from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2' square); Janitorial services to be provided on weekdays between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
