Description

This is a Special Notice, it does not constitute a formal solicitation or request for offers and none will be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM) - Office of Acquisition Washington DC 20001 intends to award one sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP), type contract for Consultant Services in accordance with VAAR 819.7007 Sole Source Award to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The period of performance will cover up to 4 months from the date of award. The Government intends to negotiate with Amitis, Inc., 12124 High Tech Ave Suite 150, Orlando, FL 32817, Cage Code:4NK05 under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(3), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute.
