Description: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Service Area-Atlanta, AAQ -510, has a requirement to provide Janitorial Service Flight Standards District Office; West Columbia, SC 29170 The FAA contemplates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract for an initial base period of 1 (one) year with 4 one-year options. The base year period of performance for the contract is April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016 This Requirement is offered to all qualified responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. A tiered evaluation will be utilized, see section œM of the solicitation package. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720 “ Janitorial Services. The small business size standard is $18 million, average annual receipts over the past 3 fiscal years. Note: The site visit will be held on Wednesday February 11th at 10 a.m. The site visit location is FAA South Carolina Flight Standards District Office-ASO FSDO-13 125-B Summer Lake Drive; West Columbia, SC 29170 For security coordination, prospective bidders interested in attending the site visit, must email their company and the individuals attending to Ruth Poag at Ruth.A.Poag @faa.gov., no later than Tuesday February 9th 2015. When responding to this Screening Information Request/Request for Offer (SIR/RFO), each offeror is required to submit a technical proposal and a cost proposal in accordance with the Screening Information Request (SIR) provision in Section L entitled, "Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors." Cost proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (Eastern Time Zone), Friday February 23, 2015 and may be submitted to FAA, 1701 Columbia Avenue, College Park, Georgia 30337.
