Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), Network Contracting Office SAO East 8, Admin Building #440 Suite 456 10 Casia Street San Juan, PR 00921-3201 intent to solicit offers and award one firm-fixed price contract on a competitive basis to provide the installation and equipment of Synergy Console HD3 w/Torreta (110v), for the Surgical Service at Orthopedic Section at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code number 339112. This is a competitive Pre Solicitation Request and it will be posted on FE-BIZ-OPPS Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, CASCADING- from SDVOSB up to all SB. Award will be made to a responsible offeror on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors; only were adequate/sufficient competition at a given tier is received. The solicitation documents, all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-27. The qualified Offeror must provide Parts and installation. Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of information added to SAM. To be registered, you must go to https://www.sam.gov/sam/. Since this is going to be set aside SDVOSB, all interested vendor must be registered on VETBIZ (http://www.vetbiz.gov/) and have the seal of approval.
