Description

Architect and Engineering (A/E) Services The Defense Media Activity is conducting Market Research and this Sources Sought Notice is requesting information on the capability and availability of potential contractors interested in proposing on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) for Architect and Engineering (A/E) Services for the Defense Media Activity (DMA) to provide support for the BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) implementations at various DMA locations world-wide. The BUILDER SMS Suite will enhance the ability of DMA Enterprise Wide Facilities Support Program to maintain an accurate and current inventory of real property assets, assess the inventory condition index (CI), simulate different funding scenarios in the development of the 5 year work plan, and develop the most cost effective use of scarce maintenance and repair funds. The proposed contract duration will be five (5) years.
