Description
The 56th Contracting Squadron at Luke AFB, AZ, is seeking interested Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services, unless specified in this contract as Government Furnished Property (GFP). Work under this PWS will support the mission of 56th Communications Squadron at Luke Air Force Base by providing highly reliable wired telecommunications and networked voice, video and data services. The Contractor shall perform Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and other services required to ensure the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The BTS consists of the base telephone system switch, the outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) systems, network, transmission systems, and all associated equipment described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Appendix 5.2, which may include other systems (e.g. radio, etc). The Contractor shall operate and maintain all BTS equipment and systems in accordance with (IAW) the Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEM) technical manuals and specifications, Department of Defense (DoD) and US Air Force (AF) policy and regulations, applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. NOTE: THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PLANNING PURPOSES. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS. THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. RESPONSES REQUESTED FROM INTERESTED CONCERNS: Interested SDVOSB concerns should indicate their interest to the Contracting Officer in writing, as early as possible, but no later than 17 February 2015 with the following minimum information. (a) Indicate that you qualify for SDVOSB set-aside under NAICS code 517110, Size Standard 1500 employees. (b) A positive statement of your intention to submit an offer/bid when the solicitation is issued. (c) DUNS Number or Cage Code. (d) Indicate if you plan to joint venture or a teaming arrangement. (e) Bonding capacity to include single and aggregate amounts. (f) Provide evidence of recent experience (past 5 years) in work similar in type and scope as the Prime contractor. For each contract/project submitted, include the Contract Number, Project Title and Description, Award and Completion Dates, Dollar Value of Contract, Points of Contacts for each contract to include current telephone numbers and email addresses. Also, indicate if the contract was a SABER, MATOC or other IDIQ type contract as applicable. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov prior to any contract award.
