- DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The main features of the project include the construction of three gated concrete control structures, completion of seepage canal C-358 and the backfill and reconstruction of Pump Station S-357's maintenance road. Each control structure will be equipped with a manually operated double leaf slide gate system, 84 quote mark diameter HDPE pipe with tie-down anchor blocks, handrails, access hatch and lightning protection system.. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. THIS IS A HUBZone SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION. ALL RESPONSIBLE OFFERORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE. The solicitation will be issued on or about 18 Feb 2015 with proposals due on or about 18 Mar 2015. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If you are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation.
