Description

SOURCES SOUGHT VA244-15-R-0431 The Louis A. Johnson (LAJ), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center desires to lease approximately 9,000 - 10,000 net useable square feet of warehouse space. Both existing and built-to-suit properties will be considered for use by the government for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The property must be in Harrison County West Virginia preferably within five to ten miles from the Louis A. Johnson, Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center. The space must be on the first floor, compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Besides shipping and receiving areas, the space will also include: Telephone/telecommunications closet, offices, cubicles, toilet room, clean and dirty storage and lounge. Parking, both handicapped and regular must be made available. Convenient access to public transportation is a plus. The lease will be a full service lease to mean all utilities, security, telephone, janitorial and all season landscape with a firm term of five (5) years, with five (5), one (1) year renewal option periods. This is not a solicitation for offer, but an inquiry for warehouse space.
