Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Georgia City: Brunswick Delineated Area: North: Scranton Road South: Altama Conector Blvd East: Golden Isles Parkway West: Old Cypress Mills Road / Old Jesup Road Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,798 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,798 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): Parking must meet or exceed local code Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: All space must be contiguous on one floor. The Government currently occupies 8,798 ABOASF in the market and intends to pursue a succeeding lease unless an alternate location can be found that represents a better economic outcome after all replications and relocations costs are considered. Alternate locations offered must be of similar quality and construction and include all costs associated with physical relocation of the tenant agency as well as the cost to replicate the premises including: data and telecommunications lines; all information technology infrastructure; and, any specialty space within the premises; while offering an economic advantage to the Government. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
