- BrandName Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Institutes of Standards and Technology (NIST) is conducting a procurement for the International Trade Administration, OCIO. The RFQ number is SB1350-15-RQ-0148. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-79. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334614. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. NIST plans to award a commercial item purchase order for: Walkme For SalesForce for 12 months: Quantity Up to 3000 Users Award will be made to the Offeror whose quote is technically acceptable and lowest priced. This announcement will close at 12:00pm EST on Monday, February 9th, 2015. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). System for Award Management (SAM): Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at https://www.sam.gov. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal; 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items -; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a).
