Description

The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, is soliciting offers to provide all personnel, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform Therapeutic Apheresis Services for the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital (Hines, Illinois) and the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (Chicago, Illinois). The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) period of performance will for five years from the date of award (anticipated April 1, 2015) through March 31, 2021. The agreement type is firm-fixed unit price. This procurement is Unrestricted. All qualified offeror/firms who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to submit an offer. The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621512 is $15.0 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation including the FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about February 4, 2015. Date for receipt of offers is March 2, 2015, 1:00 P.M. CST. The electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments which are to be submitted with your response. If there are any questions regarding this solicitation, they need to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer's attention no later than 1:00 P.M. CST on Thursday, February 19, 2015.
