- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and for support 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W81K00-15-T-M094 is issued as a request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 and Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement Publication (DPN) 20150129. This acquisition is unrestricted under NAICS code 325411 and the business size standard is 750 employees. Quotes are due by 6 Mar 2015 at 12:00 pm CST. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Caesar.trevino.civ@mail.mil and Ralph.Y.Solomon.civ@mail.mil. The requirements in this solicitation are for INOMax Therapeutic Nitric Oxide gas with delivery system or equal in accordance with (IAW) the applicable salient herein.
