Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering Division maintenance of VOC Emission Control Systems at Building 350 at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, Pa. The period of performance shall be one year from the Notice to Proceed. The Scope of Work will include 3 scheduled evaluations with one of the three scheduled evaluations will count as the State of Pennsylvania mandated annual evaluation. This requirement NAICS is 541990 and the size standard is $15.0. It is currently set-aside for small businesses only. This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the statement of work included in the request for quotation bid package that can be obtained from the Corp s' website. Only those vendors who can provide the requirement EXACTLY as stated in the specifications may provide a quote. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractor requests for this solicitation must be performed through ASFI. Accounts may only be attained by SAM-registered contractors, you must be registered with the System for Award Management Database (SAM) to receive a government contract award. You may register with the SAM at https://www.sam.gov All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Jackie.e.henderson@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted via e-mail or mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, 7th floor, Room 7000, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. Questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than Wednesday February 4, 2015 by email to ensure responses are posted prior to closing of the solicitation.
