The SDVOSB and VOSB firms must have the capability and capacity to perform work with a construction magnitude between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code for this procurement will be 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Additionally, special precautions will be required to protect ongoing activities on the first floor during the concrete pours and installation of power actuated anchoring devices. The current small business size standard for 236220 is $36.5 million. All firms that are interested and have the capabilities and capacity to perform this requirement should send the following information by e-mail to jason.thomas@va.gov no later than February 19, 2:00 P.M., Mountain Standard Time: (1) Company Name (2) Company Address (3) DUNS Number (4) Sample projects of similar size and scope (5) Point of Contact (to include phone number and e-mail address) Important Notice: This is not a Request For Proposal. Additionally, firms must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status.
