- List of Designated Users EIS Offeror Application Agreement to Protect Sensitive Information AcquServe Access Guide for EIS The General Services Administration (GSA) is preparing to release a draft of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the upcoming Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) acquisition. All questions and comments for this Draft RFP will be collected via a secure web portal which requires pre-registration. Vendors who are interested in submitting questions or comments should review the attached AcquServe TM Access Guide for obtaining access to the GSA EIS Acquisition Portal. Three registration forms are required to be completed, including: • EIS Offeror Registration • List of Designated Users • Agreement to Restrict Access to Sensitive Government Information. Completed forms should be submit via e-mail to EIS.Acquserve.Forms@gsa.gov. Upon acceptance, interested vendors will be required to purchase an ACES Business Representative Certificate in order to gain access to the portal. Please note that the process for obtaining these certificates can take up to 30 days to complete, so vendors interested in submitting questions and comments for this should allow enough time to complete this process. This same portal will be used for the submission of proposals. In addition to being able to submit questions, the portal will also provide access to government-specific location data of where telecommunication services are currently being provided (which will be referenced in the RFP.) The vendor portal will be ready for interested vendors to test their access beginning Tuesday, February 17, 2015. If you have any questions, or would like further information, contact A. Michelle White or Tim Horan at (michelle.white@gsa.gov or timothy.horan@gsa.gov). Questions regarding connectivity to the portal can be directed to the EIS AcquServe TM Portal Help Desk - support@eis.noblis.org
